- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking
- We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and approved financing options
- Additional fees may apply for currency conversion, payment processing, or late payments
3.3 Planning Fees
Depending on the complexity of your travel requirements, we may charge planning or consultation fees. These fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before any services commence.
4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by You

4.3 Cancellation by Travel Partners
Travel Partners may cancel services due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., weather, operational issues, force majeure). In such cases, we will work with you to find suitable alternatives or process refunds according to the Partner's policies.
4.4 Refunds
Refund eligibility and processing times depend on the specific terms of each booking and the policies of the relevant Travel Partners. We will process approved refunds as promptly as possible, typically within 14-30 business days.
5. Travel Requirements and Documentation
5.1 Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have:
- A valid passport with sufficient validity (typically 6 months beyond travel dates)
- Appropriate visas and travel authorizations for your destinations
- Valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and evacuation
- Necessary vaccinations and health documentation
- Compliance with customs and immigration requirements
5.2 Health and Safety
- Travel involves inherent risks that we cannot eliminate
- You should consult healthcare providers regarding travel health requirements
- We may require health declarations for certain destinations or activities
- Travel insurance with adequate medical coverage is mandatory for all bookings
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend and may require comprehensive travel insurance for all bookings. At minimum, your insurance should cover:

7. Liability and Disclaimers

We act as an agent for Travel Partners in arranging your bookings. We are not liable for:
- Acts, errors, omissions, or failures of Travel Partners
- Injury, damage, or loss occurring during your travel
- Delays, cancellations, or changes by Travel Partners
- Discrepancies between advertised and actual services
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control
7.3 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failures or delays in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or labor disputes.
8. Intellectual Property
